Fake smoked ribs

               Fake smoked 'butter' ribs

'Butter' refers to the texture, of course!  Put away the knives, they won't do you any good...and this flavor is like nothing else I've tried, it seems perfect for this method...

Mc Cormick Grill Mates SMOKEHOUSE MAPLE seasoning mix

Place ribs on a large piece of heavy duty aluminium foil.  Season liberally on both sides with SMOKEHOUSE MAPLE seasoning mix.  Wrap tightly in foil, TWICE.  Bake at 375 for about 2 hours.  Remove from foil and return to oven for 10 minutes more to get GBD.  (golden brown & delicious).    Like butter', I'm tellin'  ya.
