Planes always carry enough fuel to stay in the air a few hours longer than their scheduled flight time in case they have to circle before landing or re-route due to weather, so it definitely had enough fuel to get to Pakistan or even Afghanistan, or North Korea flying low under radar above the waters of the East China Sea. I know, that's about as likely as the shot down by aliens theory, which is even less likely than the hit by a meteor theory, but I'm just sayin'.....
