Peeled tea eggs

                         Tea Eggs

These are sure to turn heads-they taste as good as they look, too.

6 hard cooked eggs
3 cups water
1/2 cup soy sauce
4 star anise pods
3 black tea bags
strip of orange peel

Crack the cooked eggs shells in several spots, but do not peel.  Place in a medium saucepan with the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.  Drain and peel.
