The Naturalized Citizen's Table
The Naturalized Citizen's table is a mix of the old and the new. It is a place and a time to remember the old ways and the old days, as well as a showcase for what the cook has adapted since. So mix it up, and eat around the world every night!
The Naturalized Citizen is a home chef with 35 years experience in the kitchen. Grandma prepped, momless raised and self taught, I find food is not only an incredible sensory pleasure but a glue that helps keep me in touch with my kids and spouse during every dinner, my extended family on the holidays and my friends at every party.

Most of the recipes here are 10 ingredients or less, and very affordable. Dinner for 4 is most often less than $20. All of the recipes presented here are my own unless otherwise noted, and I have prepared and eaten all of the recipes posted here myself many times. They are often based on other recipes I have altered by adding to or omiting from or even combining the desired parts of more than one recipe. I hope you enjoy each and every one, and alter them to your liking to make them your own. NO BRICK OVEN REQUIRED!
